Excellent experience. Relaxing and I loved how I was able to freshen up and remove my makeup before hand. I had work previously so to have things in the bathroom to help me feel refreshed felt so good. My lash lift and tint looks great I was so giddy seeing how I looked. Def will come back

Very clean salon, the tech was very nice didn't make me feel fresh the beds were comfortable for the service provided. I love my eyelash lift and tint and the shape of my new eyebrows.

Very calming and lovely eyebrow/lash technician. Was my first experience with lamination and lift + tint so I didn’t really have any expectations however the outcome was lovely. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and styled in the way I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting in the past. I will return. She also explained the process and what to expect in after care. I love the look!

Esther did my lip blush and it was 10 across the board experience. She was patient in explaining everything and made the appointment very comforting although my lips were in PAIN. Studio itself was very comfortable and clean as well.

This is my first time getting a lash lift (received a keratin lash lift with black tint) and I knew I was in good hands with Nikki! The seats are so comfortable, and she has the softest touch, I nearly fell asleep. She showed me options of how I’d like my lash lift to look like (which was so helpful to just point at what I wanted!) She also offered a blanket during the service which was so sweet! The space is so beautiful and peaceful. And the end results?! Girl, my lashes look so long and full. I didn’t even realize I had this much lashes. I am definitely looking forward to coming back!!

Lashes came out amazing! Only thing I would change is having the technician wear gloves or put pad over my forehead to reduce bacteria transfer because I break out easy.

My entire experience at the Chelsea branch was fantastic. Nika, my lash technician, was AMAZING and explained every step of the procedure to me. I've had lash extensions before, but this is my first time trying the lash lift. I originally scheduled it with tint, but she told me there was no need because I have dark hair. The end result is stunning!

Bhawana was lovely, professional and caring checking to assure my comfort throughout the process ( lash lift & tint). It was my first time having it done and all went very well with perfect results.
