My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

Leandro's professionalism and quality of service are outstanding. He was very attentive throughout the process. I’m accustomed to waxing, but his products were impressive—I experienced minimal discomfort and had no allergic reactions, despite my sensitive skin. He also kept us at ease during the procedure, and the environment was warm, welcoming, clean, and organized. I’m confident that from now on, I’ll only get a wax in Miami with him.

Good but not perfect. Staff are very nice, salon very clean and beautiful. I did not receive a hand Massage after my gel manicure. My eyebrows were not combed and trimmed. I had to ask the beautician to do it. She didn’t have a xx mirror to look my face after the waxing. She found a normal one after I asked. I still have hairs in my right upper lips. I hope they get better and take their time to do a great job.

Darie is amazing. He knows the most flattering cut for each face shape.
