Had an 80min facial with Ella and it was amazing!! So relaxing that I even might of fallen asleep at some point haha! I like how RLC don't just focus on the face but also get a scalp, shoulder and hand+arm massage while the mask does its thing. Will recommend to everyone anytime!

Always 5* - would actually rate it more tbh as Rachel is so so superb - I was so relaxed and went home glowing from my microdermabrasion . 2 weeks time I’m booked in for all my waxing and a fab facial - thank you Rachel - just love coming to see you and being pampered x

Rachel is my go to for no nonsense honest appraisal of my skin as I am n my mid 60’s and starting to recognise the signs of ageing and dehydration. Rachel explains everything and also helps me plan my treatments going forward. Today was new lashes and major facial waxing and brow tinting in preparation for a wedding I’m going to . Once again Rachel thank you so much another restful and relaxed session - see you in a couple of weeks for my facial and potentially skin analysis

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure experience with Daisy, and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and incredibly talented. My nails look fantastic, and the whole session was so relaxing. It’s moments like these that remind me of the brilliant potential in the younger generation. If I could rate my experience 6* and above I would. Rachel Ella and Daisy are an amazing team - so wonderful at what they do , such fun to be around and the positivity flows xx I had a few treatments done today as I gonna at the weekend - nothing was too much trouble for them and I was so so so relaxed and just absorbed the moment. I cannot emphasise enough the quality of products the calming healing experience - truly truly wonderful - thank you !!!!

I just had a sublime hot stone massage with Rachel. It was a much needed treatment. I felt all my aches and pains disappearing with every placed stone and technique used. Rachel made me feel at ease and provided a beautifully calm, warm environment. The heated bed is an added bonus. Thank you, I will definitely be booking again.
