The team knows how to look after you from start to finish. Booking online was effortless, but you can just walk in and they’ll take care of you the same way. The service itself was next-level proper consultation, immaculate attention to detail, hair washed after, left the chair with zero stray hairs. It’s the kind of grooming experience where you feel considered, not rushed. Wave’s isn’t just a haircut it’s a ritual. Highly recommended.

Grace is very thorough and gentle with her approach. Given I was receiving a new procedure, she ensured I was educated on the steps involved and took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated the post care instructions being listed on a take home card so that I could remember all the details as well.
