I facial was amazing!! Summer carefully explained every step and made me feel very welcomed. The massage was very relaxing , as was the treatment as a whole! My experience at Update was fantastic. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The team are lovely and made sure I was comfortable before my treatment, and Leah done a fantastic job with my hydrafacial, explaining everything she was doing in detail, but making me feel super relaxed as well. Needed a serious dose of relaxation and decided to try a facial at Lowenek with Tanya. Best decision ever! – I walked in feeling completely stressed, and walked out feeling like a new person.
