I have had beauty treatments with jess for nearly a year. Jess is very reliable, professional,polite and always uses nice products. Jess keeps her little salon clean fresh and modern. I am considerably older than jess however we always have a good chat about everything in the world. Jess always informs me of new colours in her biab collection for me to try. My treatments around every 3 weeks consist of Biab nails, lashes and eyebrow tint and shape. I am always happy when I leave with the results. Joanne Age 54

Amazing 💕 I've had many treatments done and have no complaints at all. Jess does amazing everytime. This time was semi tattoo eyebrows and I absolutely love them. I didn't need to explain anything she knew what was right for my face and the best colour for my skintone. I'm very happy 😊

Absolutely obsessed with my new lashes from FaceByMi! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was so professional and relaxing. Mia really listened to what I wanted — I went for a shorter, natural style since I’m active and needed something low-maintenance, and she nailed it perfectly. The lashes are super lightweight, comfortable, and they look so pretty without being too much.
