An absolute gem. Incredibly knowledgeable, very personable guy. Eased my neck and shoulder pain - he worked really hard, the relief i felt after weeks of pain was amazing. Excellent price for physio taster session. Very thorough programme for all types of injuries or a bad strain like myself.

Mike took an very late booking. Which was kind of him as i was in so much pain with my lower part of my back. Within the hour i was there, he managed to get me walking with absolute ease, and loosened the muscles around that area. I walked out of there in with no pain, also with a list of things to do to prevent it from happening again. Absolutely lovely guy, and also listens to you closely so he can determine what the best course of action to take to deal with the issue in hand. Would i recommend… 100% I would. 5* service.

Excellent, will be booking a further five sessions. The therapist had lots of knowledge and suggested several things to help with my training regime, 10/10, already recommended to my my friends.

Highly recommend. I’ve been visiting Michael for 4 weeks to help deal my plantar fasciitis. It’s working, his massages are great as are the exercises he’s given me to do at home.

Michael is a chilled guy who picked up on that I didn't want to chat very much and so it was just all about relaxing and enjoying the massage. Will definitely visit again.

Micheal was amazing, he gives a very good deep massage, exactly what I needed for my very tight legs! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for regular sports massage. Thank you! :)
