What an incredible experience! I did the massage chair, infrared sauna, and float session — and each part felt like a step deeper into total relaxation. The massage chair was surprisingly powerful and helped loosen all the tension in my back. The infrared sauna felt warm and healing, without being overwhelming. And the float session… pure peace. It was like pressing pause on the world. The space is spotless and calming, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. I’ll definitely be coming back — this place is a hidden gem for anyone

It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I’ve been a regular visitor to the OFC for a year now, but today I had my first go in the Hot Yoga Sauna! The whole experience was Utterly amazing! The sauna itself is large enough for 3 or 4 people but I self indulgently had it to myself. I was able to connect my phone via Bluetooth so I could listen to a guided meditation which enhanced the experience even more! Hannah and Zoe were as attentive as always and the centre itself is such a beautiful relaxing space….I’ve come away feeling totally rejuvenated! Can’t wait for the next session next week 🧡

I love this place. I have had a really tight neck and back for days, and after a 30 mins sauna and some time in the massage chair, I feel so much better. The vibe is great, such a wonderful place.

My third float today. I had a regression back to a past life in Egypt! I never thought it would be possible for my mind, body and soul to be able to do this. I know now and believe in regression. Thank you Hannah for providing such an amazing space. I’m healing my trauma and the generational trauma chain which I have broken. I treated myself to an obsidian bracelet and incense. ❤️

An overall excellent experience. I've been to Silver Spa a few times now and my experience has always been consistent. I am always greated with a warm, friendly welcome, the massage therapists are very skilled and experienced and the spa is well run and organised. My family always has the most incredible experience at Silver Spa! We are always welcomed with warm smiles and a calming ambiance. The front desk staff was attentive and professional, making everything seamless and offering me a refreshing herbal tea while I waited. I booked a 1.5 hour relaxation massage and my therapist JOY, was phenomenal!!! She listened carefully to my concerns and customised the session to target my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling lighter, better, and completely rejuvenated. My second float therapy with Mederi Wellness. A totally different experience this time. It was transcendental and astral. Absolutely incredible. Colours were present in my minds eye. I’m very grateful to Hannah for providing this safe space for people who want to heal from trauma and improve their physical health. My pain in certain areas of my body has eased. I’m sleeping even better now. I look forward to my third float therapy. Im also looking into trying therapies here too. Thank you so much. What happened to me today was incredible.

My husband got me the silver spa package for Mother’s Day. I booked the De-Stress (Back, Neck, Shoulders, and Foot Massage) 55min with Ms Joy Really nice massage, the pressure was good, and it had a bit of stretching. I left feeling relaxed and my body not as sore and stiff when I came in. I have already booked my next one.

I had a great session with Miyuki, her space is so nice and cosy, she made feel very comfortable! I had a full set after some time and the results are incredible, they look so full but so natural, also my biggest surprise is thst I went home and felt like nothing was put on my eyes that dsy, like no one touched it, and like nothing was on even if I had a full volume set put on! Most places I've been before you feel smt on your eyes for 3 days, itchines, and discomfort on the eye lid area especially on the day of the treatment...she also took time to clean very well before the application...

This was my first infrared sauna experience and I really enjoyed it. The lady who showed us around and explained the sauna was very nice and friendly. The room was cosy and stylish and there were some lovely touches in the roo. With the sauna including a decanter of water with glasses and a cold water bowl with flannels for when it all gets a bit hot. There were also books and weights, yoga mats and blocks to use if you wished. It felt like a mini spa experience for 45 minutes.
