Chloe was amazing. So friendly and made me feel comfortable. Absoloutely love my nails walking out. The salon had covid precautions and I felt safe whilst in the salon. Will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely love my new hair, finally getting what I actually asked for after visiting other salons that couldn't accomplish what I was wanting with next to no damage either compared to previous treatments. I had an eyebrow tidy and an express facial with Jenny it was lovely so relaxing in the salon and Jenny made me feel very comfortable even though it eas my first appointment. The products used smelt terrific and i gelt really pampered by the whole experience. I will definitely be back to try other treatments.

Today was my second visit to JennyLou Beauty after a friend gave me a voucher for my birthday for my first visit. Today I had a facial, neck and shoulder massage and foot massage/reflexology. I’m very impressed with Jenny’s massage skills - I have left both visits feeling amazing and relaxed. Jenny puts you at ease straightaway and the products she uses are excellent. Had a really good experience at salon .

Just had my eyebrows tinted and a full leg wax done. Found urban angels after moving to the area recently. Nervous about going to a new salon but was made for feel extremely welcome and comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will keep rebooking! 😊
