After just one session with this incredible sports massage therapist, I experienced a remarkable 50% improvement in both pain relief and mobility. Her knowledge, technique, and ability to target the root of the problem were outstanding. I finally feel like my body is on the path to proper healing. Is a sports massage painful - yes! Is it worth it, absolutely! A few muscle niggles is an understatement but Chrissie did a great job making sure the problem areas were treated thoroughly. Feeling much better!
