Biokinetics is the science of movement and the application of exercise in rehabilitative and preventative healthcare. It focuses on improving physical functioning, managing chronic conditions, treating injuries, and enhancing overall wellbeing through individualized, clinically prescribed exercise. 

What to expect in your consultation: 
Your session will begin with a detailed assessment, including posture, movement, strength, and flexibility testing. Based on your needs, a tailored exercise program will be created to help you recover from injury, manage pain or a chronic condition, improve mobility, or work toward specific goals. Each session is one-on-one and guided by a registered Biokineticist.

A one-on-one appointment focused on progressing your personalized rehabilitation or exercise program based on your initial assessment and current progress. 

Please note that the follow-up may only be booked after you have had a consultation with the Biokineticist at Lifestyle Fitness.
