Ila has a fabulous way of treating body pain in ways you would never expect! I learn a lot each time! Thanks

Ila was amazing - so helpful and knowledgeable about the body, rehab from injury and exercises. I had cupping done and dry needling done.

Seeing Ila is truly a game-changer for recovery. Her knowledge is unmatched, and while every session can feel intense, the results are always worth it! She has this incredible ability to zero in on problem areas, and despite the (very necessary!) discomfort, I always leave feeling lighter and more mobile. Ila doesn’t just alleviate the pain—she truly improves my overall well-being each time. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who really knows their stuff and delivers amazing results.
