I had such a great experience today! I went in for a pricing change and to get my nose pierced, and everything was handled so smoothly. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Her professionalism really stood out, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The piercing itself was quick and done with great care.
