I treated myself to the most perfect combination of treatments - I had the Ultra Back & Neck Massage, Hydra Cloud Facial and Reflexology Grounding Foot Ritual. Each treatment flowed beautifully into the next. The massage was deep and incredibly effective, the reflexology left me feeling completely grounded, and the facial was pure heaven - my skin feels soft, fresh and glowing. Caroline makes you feel completely cocooned and cared for and nothing ever feels hurried or routine. I’m not entirely sure how I got home, I simply floated out of the salon. Just wonderful from beginning to end ❤️

I have genuinely never experienced a massage like this. This was so much more than a treatment—it was the work of someone with extraordinary knowledge, intuition and years of experience, who seemed to understand exactly what my body needed. Her touch is simply magnificent, she knew precisely how to release areas I hadn’t even realised were holding so much tension. I left feeling almost euphoric, completely transformed and deeply relaxed. Beyond her exceptional skill, Caroline is also the most beautiful, warm human being.
