I love helping people live a happier life. Having worked on my own personal development for 15+ years, I use what I’ve learnt to help others. The majority of what I do is tried and tested by myself, I also encourage people to do what feels right to them. I help people reduce overwhelm, move forward when feeling stuck and break the patterns holding them back in any area of life.

This was my second time booking with Cara, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I had an online Reiki session, and her calming, gentle energy came through so clearly even from a distance. I felt relaxed, grounded, and peaceful throughout the session, and noticed a real sense of balance afterwards. Cara always creates such a safe, positive space and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. I’d highly recommend her to anyone seeking healing or inner calm.
