Spiritual Business Coaching 

Cosmic Coaching is a nurturing 1:1 session designed to help you reconnect with yourself
and learn how to truly CARE for your emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing. 

Because it is called ‘Cosmic’, this session intentionally blends intuitive coaching with astrology and lunar living. Your personal birth chart and the current lunar cycle are woven into the conversation to help you understand yourself more deeply – your patterns, strengths, challenges and natural rhythms. 

Whether online or in person, I help guide you to;

Cosmic Coaching 

This 1:1 Self-Care Coaching session is a supportive, personalised space to help you create a self-care routine that actually fits your life.

If you know self-care matters but feel overwhelmed, inconsistent, or unsure where to start, this session is designed to gently support you back into balance — without pressure or perfection.

Together, we’ll explore what’s draining your energy, what truly supports your nervous system, and how to build a realistic self-care rhythm you can maintain.

What you’ll receive:
• A 60-minute 1:1 coaching session
• A personalised self-care routine
• Daily and weekly self-care guidance
• Emotional regulation and grounding tools
• A “hard days” self-care plan

To ensure your session is fully personalised, you’ll be asked to complete a short self-care check-in form before your appointment. Please complete this at least 24 hours before your session so your time can be prepared with care.

This coaching session can be done in person in My Reiki Room or via Zoom

Self Care Coaching 

This 4-week Self-Care Coaching package offers gentle, personalised support to help you build self-care routines that feel realistic, supportive, and sustainable in your everyday life. This is ideal if you want more than a one-off session and would benefit from ongoing guidance, reflection, and accountability without pressure or overwhelm.

We begin with a 60-minute 1:1 coaching session to explore your current energy, emotional needs, and capacity. Together, we create a personalised self-care routine designed to support your nervous system and daily life. Over the following three weeks, you’ll receive weekly personalised check-ins to support integration, adjustment, and consistency.

What’s included:
• 1 × 60-minute 1:1 Self-Care Coaching session
• A personalised written self-care routine
• 3 × weekly personalised check-ins via voice note or message
• Gentle routine adjustments and guidance
• Emotional regulation and grounding support
• A low-capacity / “hard days” self-care plan


4 Week Self Care Coaching 

A personalised 1:1 mentorship for Reiki practitioners who have completed Reiki Level 1 or Level 2 and would like support deepening their practice and integrating Reiki more fully into everyday life or their healing work.

This 3-month mentorship offers a supportive space to explore your relationship with Reiki, strengthen your intuition, and build confidence as you continue to develop as a practitioner.

Each session is tailored to you and your journey, allowing time to ask questions, reflect on your experiences with Reiki, and receive practitioner mentorship and guidance.

What’s Included

• 3 x private 1:1 mentorship sessions (60 minutes each)
• One session per month over 3 months
• One short weekly voice note check-in for guidance between sessions
• Access to my online community, with resources to support your Reiki Principles and how to apply them in everyday life.

Sessions take place online via Zoom.
