What an amazing experience. The private sauna room was spotless, peaceful and easy to use. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and explained everything so well, which made my first session feel comfortable and effortless. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing. Exactly what I needed on a rest day. Can’t wait to come back!
