Head Spa - Mosman

Your pricing is not transparent, which is unfair to the customer. You have increased the base fee by $50 then tried to add more for fine above the shoulder hair length. The hairdresser did not speak English and has left my hair completely greasy on top but the ends are dried. Previous client was also complaining about hidden costs when you have already paid a deposit. Not a good way to retain clients. Why is their a service charge on a debit card?

After a rocky start when booking using Groupon (had appt, then no appt, then appt at a diff location, then back to near original booking-not a good start), however, the service I experienced by Marianna in Mosman was good. Post treatment had to wash hair after day one as was extremely itchy however result of the wash/dry quite good. The process was about 2 hrs, the venue not 'real easy' to find nor stylishly inviting. Would possibly have service again. I have shortish hair and had to pay an extra $20 as hair was thick.

WOW! I am blown away by the service and price. I was privileged also to meet the owner and she taught me a lot about keratin and hair in general. Great communication from the time I placed my booking right up until the time of my appointment. I love this place and I will be back. Thank you
