Cancellations: Please let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment. Anything after that, your deposit is forfeit, or you will be charged a late cancel fee. Once you arrive, it's an industrial building. If the gate is open, Park in the lot. Contact us and wait in your car for a text to walk to the door. If taking Uber, text 5 minutes before you arrive so we can arrange to have the door open for you.
