A follow-up counselling session for couples continuing therapeutic work after an initial appointment. Sessions provide a supportive space to strengthen communication, explore shared experiences, and develop practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing and connection as a couple. While commonly supporting couples impacted by early pregnancy loss, sessions are not limited to this and may address a range of relational or life challenges.

Ongoing Couples Counselling Care Session

This first session is an opportunity to explore your story in depth.

We will:

Discuss your current concerns
Explore relevant background and context
Identify therapy goals
Begin outlining a structured support plan
This session sets the foundation for our work together.

Initial Individual Counselling Session

These sessions focus on continued therapeutic progress.

Depending on your needs, we may:

Work through grief and loss
Address migration stress and identity shifts
Challenge unhelpful thought patterns (CBT)
Strengthen emotional regulation skills
Build self-esteem and resilience
Each session is collaborative, structured and tailored to your growth.

Ongoing Individual Counselling Care Session

Session offered on a limited basis to support individuals experiencing challenging life circumstances and barriers to accessing support.
This service is available by invitation only. Please book this session only if you have been directly advised by Werner Foundation that you are eligible.

Free Consultation (30 Minutes)

This complimentary consultation provides an opportunity for us to discuss what has brought you to counselling and explore whether Werner Foundation is the right fit for your needs.

During this conversation, you are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We will discuss your concerns, what you hope to achieve through counselling, and whether my approach is best suited to support you. If appropriate, I can also discuss alternative support options or referrals.

Free consultations are typically conducted via phone or Microsoft Teams, however in-person consultations may be available upon request.

There is no obligation to proceed with counselling following this consultation.
