My first time going to Kate, I had been recommended by a good friend after a really bad haircut. It took a while to get an appointment that suited both of us. I went in and felt immediately at ease very friendly and listened to what I wanted and I showed her a few photos. She washed and cut my hair, then blow dried my hair. All in all a very good experience and I will go back again
