Its been a couple of months since my last visit to Tess for a treatment and i've just had a wonderful 75 minutes with her this morning, enjoying a deeply relaxing back massage, followed by scalp amd face and finished off with some focused reflexology. Reflexology is a complimentary therapy in which specific techniques are used such as finger and thumb pressures to points on the feet called reflex points or areas. This stimulates the healing process in the corresponding parts of the body, resulting in balance and relaxation. A map of the body, including all organs, glands and body systems are represented and reflected in a similar arrangement onto the feet. Working clinically with a holistic approach, you can benefit through a personalised treatment plan which also can include any lifestyle advice as part of the treatment to further support and maintain the positive impact on wellbeing as a whole.

Selected aromatherapy is applied to the feet and wrapped up to warm, whilst you enjoy a tension releasing shoulder neck and head massage, the relaxation then continues with targeted reflexology to further reduce stress and tension in the body.
