I feel lucky to have Tracy in my life! She is so in tune with my body and that it needs. She’s amazing at helping me process emotions and energy that is stuck in my body. I always leave feeling relief and energized! She has excellent pressure and goes as deep or as light as needed to give my body exactly what it needs!
