This treatment is done on a selected area of the body in need of some dead skin removal. Depending on the product used and the depth of exfoliation, prices may differ accordingly… Followed by a gentle massage.

Body Exfoliation

For babies who need a little more TLC. For babies who are tense and colicky. This can help your baby’s whole system calm down, relax and is a soothing treatment. Please arrive early for the treatment to set a relaxed tone for your baby. 

Baby Massage

Once mommy-to-be is cleared after 1st trimester it is safe to start doing massages. If the pregnancy is considered high risk a doctor’s medical consent letter is needed to proceed with massages. 

Prenatal Massage

A massage for athletes and clients experiencing lots of pain and muscle stiffness. This includes pressure point massage.

Deep Tissue

This is a very superficial massage technique. Very little firm pressure is used to manually pump lymph around the body. The treatment is done on the front of the body only, unless there is something specific to treat on any other part of the body eg. Breasts, knees, spine etc. If anything specific please  indicate what it is and bring along doctor’s letter/ report for medical consent.

Manual Lymph Drainage 

Using Chinese cupping methods to help remove toxins in the muscles and nearby joints. Helps to improve blood and lymphatic circulation and help to relax muscles, helps with muscle spams, reduce inflammation & improve oxygen supply.

Cupping Therapy

This is a treatment for your “booty” that includes a coffee scrub, hydrodermabrasion to help treat textured skin and deep cleanse the skin, cupping massage to help detox and improve the appearance of cellulite, ending off with cellulite treatment gel. Optional add on micro needling for stretch marks and scaring.
