Ori (Head) Massage💆🏾‍♀️

A specialized modality for pregnant and recently delivered womb holders to support, nurture, and alleviate stress, tension, and pain as a result of their changing body and posture, or simply to relax and re-energize. This modality uses a lighter touch to support the flow of energy and show extra care to the body. 

Postnatal sessions can be booked up to 1 year after delivery as your body typically takes that amount of time to heal.

IMPORTANT:
*Must be in, at least, the 2nd trimester (minimum 13 weeks along) for prenatal massage.*
**Postnatal massage can be scheduled as soon one week postpartum, if Mommy is comfortable and has had and uncomplicated delivery. **
***For Cesarean section deliveries, it's best to wait 4-6 weeks after delivery and should be cleared by your doctor to prevent unnecessary complications in your healing process.***

Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

Grief massage focuses on assisting a client with working through the grieving process of losing someone through transition by physical death or recovering from an abusive relationship, trauma, etc.

This service can be used as a tool along with working with a mental health therapist or as you see fit.

I also work with children age 8 - 17 (parent/guardian need to be present)

We will journey through the Chakra system, identifying and navigating blocks while facilitating profound healing of energetic pain and traumas. Come with an open heart and mind, ready to receive what is meant for you. Rest assured, you will only receive what you are truly ready to embrace.

Reiki Healing

Energy Work

This full body service (minus the face, neck and décolleté) is carefully massaged with exfoliating gloves to remove dead skin cells. Skin is then moisturized with our hand-whipped body butter. Client also receives their remaining body butter and a set of exfoliating gloves as a Thank You for trusting us with your self-care needs.
Benefits of dry brushing include:
* exfoliation
* increased circulation of the blood and lymphatic system
* stimulates the nerve endings in the skin
* stimulates hormone function by keeping pores open for better retention of natural oils
* reduces cellulite
* can contribute to better muscle tone & distribution of fat deposits within tissues

**CONTRAINDICATIONS**
If you suffer from any of the following, dry brushing not recommended:
 - sunburn
 - poison ivy
 - open wounds
 - rashes
 - sensitive skin
 - extreme ticklish
 - allergy to product (all allergies should be listed on client intake form)

Using divination tools, we will dig into areas in your life that you need assistance with. This session is for you, not to spy on others. 

Come with an open mind to receive the message that Spirit has for YOU. Have your questions written down, paper & something to write with to take notes. Spirit will only give what you are ready to receive.
