Treatments generally last 20 to 50 minutes depending on the individual condition during which time you relax and unwind in our comfortable, spacious treatment room.

Darren will assess your injury or pain and devise a treatment plan which includes massage, manupulation, strength and resistance testing, rehabilitation excercise prescriptions, joint mobilisation, taping and strapping and or movement assesment as required to reduce your pain and get you back in action as quickly and safely as possible.

The beauty and radiance of the face reflects the beauty and radiance of energy within the body. Having a healthy glow is exactly that.

During this treatment, you can expect to float away in blissful relaxation while the treatment helps rejuvenate and revitalise body, mind, soul and face.

This Cosmetic acupuncture treatment involves using specific points on the body to help with the body's internal balance and help that radiance reflect on the face.

Specific points on the face and head help tone, lift, brighten and add lustre to the face by improving the circulation of Qi (life energy) and blood.

Micro needles are used along frown lines, crows feet and wrinkles to help flatten the line and boost collagen production underneath the lines.

After the acupuncture is completed, the treatment finishes with a gentle face massage leaving you glowing and relaxed.

I recommend that you plan a course of 5 to 6 weekly treatments followed by monthly top up treatments for maximum results.

This package is for you if you are attending the clinic for the first time, or it has been over two months since your last visit. 
The consultation involves diagnosis and assessment to give you a clear treatment plan which wilk be explained by your practitioner.
The acupuncture treatment includes acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, guisha and qigong as required. Treatments typically lasts 20 to 50 minutes during which time you will relax and unwind in one of our spacious, comfortable trestment rooms.
You should wear loose clothing, that can roll up past your knees and elbows, and ideally a vest top so that you can remain fully clothed during the treatment.
It is a good idea to have a light meal or snack over an hour before your treatment and avoid eating a big meal just beforehand.    Similarly, keep hydrated, but avoid drinking too much water just before your appointment.
