1st time having a sports massage done.. Booked as had suspected trapped nerve in lower back. Sophia was brilliant and knew exactly what was needed.. being my first time I really didn't know what to expect.. She put me at ease and talked about what she was doing and why.. due to sports and work it seemed there was a lot of tension on the right hand side of my back all the way to my lower back. Coming out of the session I will definitely be booked in more regular with her to prevent injuries rather than waiting until it happens.. thanks again and thanks for the goodie bag
