New patients will require 60 or 90 minute appointments, this is to give the best advice and include a full body massage.
Pregnancy massage will require consent from the midwife.

This Pregnancy massage will help reduce stress, relax your muscles and improve blood flow, while also improving mood and sleep. This will all contributes to easing off any aches and pains during this beautiful time.
By law you will need to be at least 12 weeks (gone through first trimester) and have permission from your midwife, just to check they are happy for you to have this treatment. If you could then either bring a letter from them or email me this over before the appointment that would be amazing.

This will be a dedicated 30 minutes on a certain area that needs that extra bit of TLC.
