Sports Massage

A particular favourite amongst sports, gym goers and even working professionals. This treatment is for pain and tension in a specific area eg. targeting muscle and soft tissue of the specific body part whether it is, neck, upper back, lower back and legs, with massage or stretching to increase the range of motion and aid recovery.

Please note if it is your  first  sports massage appointment,  a quick consultation will be required  to find out more about the problem area which may require some dynamic testing before treatment.  Please book in a 60 minute sports massage in this case to allow time for assessment. A treatment plan can be discussed for your individual needs.
