Ideal for those experiencing injury, soreness, stiffness, or dysfunction in a single area of the body or follow up of a previous treatment. Also idea for pre event preparation. 

We use a range of modalities, including Massage, Dry Needling, Cupping, and Stretching/Mobility exercises. Before starting, we’ll discuss your treatment plan in detail to ensure you’re comfortable and confident with the approach.
