Recommendation: With all the recent conversations in Europe about potential allergies and reactions linked to some gel polishes, it might be nice if you could take a few moments to personally educate clients about the products you use and how you ensure they’re safe. It would help us feel even more confident and informed about the services we’re enjoying.
Small concern: After washing our hands at the sink, it can be a little awkward having to walk to the front desk for tissues. Having some tissues or paper towels right by the sink would make things so much easier.

Lovely service, very accommodating and was open to suggestions. 

Edith was very professional as well. I’ll be back soon.

 We hold all appointments for a 15-minute grace period. After that, they may be rescheduled and/or attract a small late fee of GHC 50
