This gentle 60-min restorative massage promotes circulation, pain release, and improved mobility. Using reiki and relaxation massage techniques, it aims to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and clear energetic blockages, while the final 15-minute cranial hold gently releases restrictions in the muscles and fascial tissues and promotes healing and alleviates stress. 

The Stillpoint Session (75min)

This gentle 60-minute restorative massage promotes circulation, pain release, and improved mobility. Using reiki and relaxation massage techniques, it aims to calm the nervous system, release emotional tension, and clear energetic blockages.
