Hydrotherapy is a ritual that has been used across cultures to treat the mind and body by decreasing swelling and inflammation, easing pain and muscle spasms, all while increasing range of motion, strength, and mobility. Alternating between hot, and cold water, has long been used for its therapeutic benefits of boosting circulation and dilating the vascular system.  

Spend at least 6 minutes, but no longer than 20 minutes in our infrared sauna or our in-ground salt water hot tub, then plunge into the cool contrasting saltwater pool.

This 90 minute treatment begins with a full body dry brushing treatment, followed by a 15 minute soak in our Butter Brulée Milk Bath that brings buttery smoothness to bathwater and instantly calms irritated skin. We recommend scheduling a lash fill for every 2 weeks. The average person loses close to 20% of their natural lashes in that time frame, and we want to ensure your lash line stays full and looks refreshed.  
During a lash fill, your provider will replace any overgrown eyelash extensions with new extensions as well as apply extensions to new and other natural lashes that have lost their extension. A full fill includes 25–45 new extensions applied per eye.

A Gel-X manicure is perfect for someone who is looking to lengthen their nails for special occasions. Gel-X combines the benefits of gel nails and traditional extensions; Gel-X is lightweight and durable with a more natural look and feel, that can last up to 3 weeks. Unlike traditional acrylics, Gel X uses a pre-shaped, gel-based extension that can be easily applied to the natural nail with a special adhesive.

A dip powder manicure offers a long-lasting and durable finish that can be applied to the natural nail or with added length of a tip. Dip powder manicures involve applying a base coat to the nails, followed by dipping them into a colored powder, which is then sealed with a top coat. The process is quick, typically lasts three to four weeks without chipping, and is considered less damaging to natural nails compared to traditional acrylics, making it a favorite  for many.

During the service we combine cupping and hyper volt percussion with deep tissue massage to provide maximum relief to areas with severe tension.
