Mark jumped right in with exercises. He also checked out my husband’s abilities. Surprisingly he did better than I expected. Mark feels I’m ready for the next level of competency in my workouts and can do more. I will continue to add more to my workouts besides the 1/2 hour workout. 

Mark is always upbeat and ready to maximize my workout. It’s always good to hear that he can see improvement. Explaining health issues helps me understand why I do what I do. Basically to make me stronger & avoid injury. 

Mark is aware of my recent health issues and has started me with ongoing exercises that will get me back to where I was prior. 

As usual Mark is informative & helpful. I am getting over weeks of being ill and and now ready to get back to the level I was and continue to improve. Mark is pushing me to do better. It’s tough. When I do it on my own I don’t push myself enough. Mark is very good at what he does. I have learned a lot about health and food besides what I learn on my own. 

Mark helps at whatever point I am at in exercise. I am regaining strength after an illness and starting out slow. I understand the importance of exercise and food. I will continue to strive to do better with both. Mark is patient & helpful.
