Reiki is an energy healing technique that enhances the body’s ability to heal itself Physicaly, Mentally, Spiritually and Emotionally.. It is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. Our bodies are 75% water, which is a great conductor for sound vibrations to travel through. Throughout the treatment I will use reiki and different instruments  that are tuned to the different frequencies of the  Chakra centres in the body, the vibrations will activate the Chakras, allowing it to begin to release any blocked or stagnant energy. The reiki healing and the vibrations and resonance of the instruments will enable you to move into a deeply meditative state through which your body can repair and restore itself, your mind can relax and focus, and your heart can open.

My Signature Treatment: Reiki Facial & Sound Healing 🩷

Reiki can help to calm children, children have an enormous amount of energy flowing through their bodies which can make it sometimes difficult to rest, reiki will help to calm any excess mental activity and relieve stress, as well as, balance their emotions.
Concentration: Reiki can be beneficial before exams or in situations where the child can feel stressed and worried. Reiki can help calm them down and relax both their body and mind for a general balanced well- being. 
Reiki treatments for children are shorter then for adults as the reiki energies travel swiftly through a child’s body, children don’t yet have years of accumulated toxins or blockages that tend to slow down the treatment process. If the child becomes restless or fidgety when receiving reiki I will end the treatment as children will often instinctively move away from the Reiki practitioner when they feel they have had enough.

In this treatment I will combine my love for Reiki healing and my 20+ years experience as a Skin Therapist. Each treatment  will be tailored to the clients needs, using all  Dermalogica products for a luxurious skin treatment combined with beautiful healing reiki energy to leave you glowing inside and out. Reiki is an energy healing technique that enhances the body’s ability to heal itself Physicaly, Mentally, Spiritually and Emotionally.. As we go through life we place demands on our energy field that can cause our energy to become blocked and stagnant, resulting is us feeling off balance, tired and/or unwell. During a reiki session this energy field can re-energise. Reiki restores the natural balance of the body providing deep relaxation and bringing peace and well-being.
