Kathy is so approachable, I was feeling a little nervous as I’m quite reserved but Kathy really helped me build my confidence in treating brow services and educating my clients. I thought it was going to be a stressful day as it’s only a 1 day course but she works really closely with you and targets the training based on what you strive and have struggles with.
