Punctuality is necessary, as my time is valuable and I accommodate it perfectly so that my schedules can run in an orderly way. If a client is late, she will delay my next client, and so on.
The waiting tolerance for appointments is 10 minutes. And the door will be opened for you only 5 minutes before your appointment (unless we have arranged otherwise). Punctuality for early and late arrivals. Thank you very much.

La puntualidad es necesaria, ya que mi tiempo es valioso y lo acomodo perfectamente para que mis turnos puedan desempeñarse de manera ordenada. Si una clienta llega tarde, atraza a mi siguiente clienta, y asi sucesivamente.
La tolerancia de espera de los turnos es de 10 minutos. Y se les abrira la puerta solo 5 minutos antes del turno (a no ser que hayamos arreglado otra cosa). Puntualidad para llegar temprano y tarde. Muchas gracias.
