Kennedie Esthetics is a small business in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. I started on my own as an Esthetician after working in Halifax, Nova Scotia for a year. I offer many different esthetic services and hopefully will be adding more on in the future to further my career as an esthetician!

I went to Kennedie for waxing, and I can't recommend her enough. As someone who gets very nervous, I was immediately put at ease. Her gentleness and how quick she is makes the pain minimal, and she even helps with a breathing technique to get me through it. Kennedie's room is private and calming, and she plays music to keep your mind busy. She's so professional and respectful, and she makes sure I'm ready and comfortable.

Soft gel overlay + removal 

💗“the soft gel overlay”💗 using TGB’s builder in a bottle 🥰 what that means is: 
It’s a soft gel, it’s flexible! It moves with the curve and bend of your natural nails to allow them to grow strong and long! I do not need to file layers off of your nail so it’ll stay put because it has such good retention on its own you don’t need to file that much! And to remove it, it’s soak-off! 
Thicker than shellac but not as bulky as hard gel or acrylic!

A French bikini wax is like a bikini wax but we take off a little more hair! Includes in between the bum cheeks as well!

Brazilian 

Hair Removal

This service perms your eyelashes up so they stay nice and curly (as if you just curled them with an eyelash curler)! This allows your getting ready routine to be so much easier by just jumping out of bed and having perfect natural lashes! Please do not wear contacts to your appointment! You can’t get your eyelashes wet or steamed for 24hrs after the service or else they will fall out and the perm will come out completely. Those 24hrs are important for a lash lift because they continue to lift within those hours, it’s important to keep brushing them up throughout the day. You can add a tint with this service to make them look dark (like mascara). You will be given a new spoolie to brush your lashes at the end of the appointment. You can have this done every 6-8 weeks! 

Lash lift 

Lash lift + tint

This service perms your eyebrows to allow them to be styled any way you would like! It can give the illusion of having more brow than you actually have. This service includes a brow wax and a tint can be added as well to give it that “filled in” look. If you decide to get this service it’s good to know that you can’t get them wet for 24hrs or the perm will come out and will not work. You can do this service every 6-8 weeks. If you’re unsure if you should get this service, brush your eyebrows up with some brow gel before hand to try out that look! 

Brow lamination

If you have light coloured eyelashes but want them to look darker you can tint them dark brown or black!
