Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming,  professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed. Time was carefully taken over discussing which treatments would suit my skin best. The treatment its self was incredible ive never had a facial like it and left glowing. The knowledge Kate gave me was fantastic and I cannot wait to explore more treatments in order to promote better skin and personal wellbeing for myself. Dermalplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure, It can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin. PRF involves taking a small blood sample, which is spun in a centrifuge, this preserves the platelets and fibrin, key components in skin and hair rejuvenation, both improving collagen and elastin within the skin.

If your looking for an organic approach that’s 100% natural to treating early signs of aging, scarring, sun damage, tear trough hollowing and thinning hair PRF is ideal for you.
