Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique that aims to reduce swelling and improve lymphatic fluid flow by gently massaging areas of the body to encourage lymph fluid to move towards healthy lymph nodes and vessels.

Foot massage can do wonders in promoting relaxation and improving overall well-being. Studies show that foot massage can help reduce stress and anxiety as well as lower blood pressure. Additionally, foot massage can stimulate the production of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers.  Compared to reflexology, which focuses on specific pressure points, a general foot and leg massage is incredibly relaxing

Indian head massage 

Sports Massage focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue. This massage uses more intense pressure than remedial massage.  Typically focus is a specific area as opposed to full body massage.  Consequently it is used to prepare or recover for exercise and to aid recovery from injury. Furthermore sports massage is able to stretch specific areas of soft tissue in all possible directions, in a way that may not be possible in functional exercise. It also effectively increases lymphatic drainage and blood flow to a muscle.

Sports Massage

Deep tissue massage is used to prevent and treat muscle tightness, injuries, pain and soreness. This type of massage is based on the fact that soft tissue, muscles, ligaments, tendons and fascia respond to massage/touch.

Holistically treats the whole body.  It incorporates massage and manipulations.  It will also help to increase the delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and will alleviate your pain, reduce your stress levels and leave you with a sense of well-being.


Hour and ½ Deep Tissue Massage 

Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to the feet.  Reflexology works on energy pathways similar to acupuncture. It aims to relax you, ease stress and tension and help with general well being.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialist massage using heated stones. The stones are smooth and flat and usually made of the volcanic rock type called basalt. These particular stones are chosen because they retain heat. The stones used for a hot stone massage are placed in hot water to warm up before being applied. The stones are then used to massage with.
