* Common sleep challenges in the first months and how to approach them
* The role of feeding, routines, and parental responses in sleep development

Je vous propose un accompagnement basé sur la psychomotricité, une approche qui considère l’enfant dans toutes ses dimensions : corporelle, émotionnelle, sensorielle et cognitive. On observe, on décrypte, on respire… et on avance ensemble, à votre rythme. 

Que votre enfant soit neuroatypique ou non, la guidance est un ensemble d’informations, d’outils et de conseils pour mieux appréhender le mode de fonctionnement de votre enfant et son impact sur votre dynamique familiale.

I offer support based on psychomotor skills, an approach that considers the child in all their dimensions: physical, emotional, sensory, and cognitive. We observe, we discuss, we breathe... and we move forward together, at your own pace.

Whether your child is neuroatypical or not, guidance is a set of information, tools, and advice to better understand your child's way of functioning and its impact on your family dynamics.
