During this appointment we can discuss the current state of your nails, the goals you have for them, and how we can achieve them over a course of treatment.

Nail Consultation

Gel is long lasting, ideal for events when you want something a little stronger than regular nail polish. You can generally expect a wear time of 2-3 weeks before requiring removal using either acetone, e-file, or a combination method (it cannot be infilled).

Gel Polish

BIAB is designed to provide a robust, long-lasting manicure with added structure and strength to the natural nails. It creates a smooth, natural-looking finish that can be worn alone for a clean, polished look or used as a base for other nail art and gel colour. 

You can expect a wear time of 3-5 weeks before requiring removal or infilling, making it the ideal overlay for someone looking to have a polished look on a longterm basis. Infilling helps maintain the strength of the nail as the soaking or filing required to remove gel products can thin the nail plate over time, whereas infilling leaves the existing protective layer intact. 

BIAB

This service is provided for existing clients that want to keep BIAB (builder gel) on their nails longterm. The process involves using an e-file to take down the top coat, any colour applied, and existing BIAB to a point where their is a layer of product left to which more BIAB and gel can be applied. This leaves the nails feeling less dried out and more protected as the nail bed isn't touched with the file as regularly as with a removal.

This is a service for existing customers, to remove gel polish or BIAB set painted by myself. I do not remove work by other nail techs.
