After a 30-minute grace period, no-shows or appointments with no communication will be automatically cancelled, and a $30 XCD inconvenience fee will be added to the next appointment. Any appointments that proceed after 5 PM will incur an additional fee. Payment options: CASH, ECAB, CFCU.
