Pressure was not hard enough and expected more for a sports massage.

Amanda was awesome. I had a deep tissue massage and she really dug in and found the spots that really needed worked out. I really appreciate it. 

Various techniques are incorporated, including deep or lighter pressure and stretching. Essentially targeting whatever the specific needs are with the pressure and modality that suits them best. You will feel worked out as well as completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
