Thank you for your feedback, and I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the facial treatment. However, I apologize for the overwhelming experience and the issues you faced with communication. Your concerns about the pace of information and the volume of the music are very important, and I will address these with our team to ensure a more relaxed and informative environment in the future. We appreciate your willingness to return, and I hope we can provide you with a better experience next time. 

Facial was good but I felt overwhelmed with the information over load. Upselling only works if the procedure process is clearly explained. She was telling me so many things all at once but not what each process entailed and why it would be beneficial. Talking so fast that I could not ask before moving on to the next. The office space was clean and comfortable but the music was far too loud and not at all relaxing.
I would come back but perhaps will book with someone else next time.

Arielle has done my lashes twice now. She does a fantastic job, and is a great conversationalist. The time just flies by. Check her out; you won’t be disappointed.
