Ms. Kannah was very patient and was successfully able to connect with my son. She was also able to encourage him to share and open up things that he never have shared with others and process it with him. She was kind enough to provide me a summary as well at the end, points to move forward, next actions, and additional guidance. Moreover, she didn’t mind extending way beyond our time slot just because the conversation is still not complete. Kudos to Ms. Kannah and thank you so much for your accommodation 🩷
