I'm a skin cancer charity ambassador with Melanoma-Me Foundation with training in early detection, mole monitoring, lesion checking, other training includes taking microscopic photos for dermatology referrals, advise on skincare and SPF. Mole Monitoring card provided and aftercare as well as dermatology referral advice.
Please note, although this is a free service, Donations to the Melanoma-Me Foundation are very welcome. They provide me with my training and advocacy and support people and their families affected by skin cancer. Mole/Lesion Check Clinic 

Appointment one of two(optional). An in-depth skin analysis consultation to find out what’s going on with the skin, any skin problems & concerns, a look at the epidermis and acid mantle, at the pores with a microscopic skin camera, prescriptive advice and problem solving solutions. Looking at ingredients that may or may not be working for you. Please bring a list of products you are currently using so we can look at the ingredients together.
Mini facial treatment included as well as mini versions of products to try. Follow up appointment 4, 6 or 8 weeks later. £30 follow-up if booked at the time of the first appointment

Skin Analysis Consultation 

Online skin consultation via Zoom - perfect if you aren't local to me and need some skin help or even if you can not get to me.
I will email you a consultation form prior to our meeting online with the zoom join details and we can go through your answers together. Have with you what you are currently using on your skin and we can try to work out which ingredients may and may not be agreeing with your current skin needs. 
Even though we don't have the option of the skin microscopic camera to have a look at the skin barrier health, if you could show me some photos or have a good zoom on your phone or computer camera, that would help but don't worry, I can figure things out from descriptions too about what your acid mantle ph balance could be like. We can advise on a skin plan going forward that you can look for in your local area and I can even send product samples to try if required for free. We can do a follow up to see how things are or aren't working for you.

Consultations

This is a technique that is a simple but powerful energy based intervention to help diffuse or even eliminate negative emotions, even some caused by trauma. Can be used when you are feeling: fear, anger, rage, frustration, anxiety, grief, guilt, shame or even recurring memory or thoughts. This has also been found to be helpful with troublesome physical sensations such as pain, dizziness or cravings. The technique of the treatment itself involves pressing and tapping on just 4 specific points and attuning to the specific disturbances (I will guide you). You do not have to disclose what is causing your negative emotion/energy or trauma (unless you want to) the technique will still work just as well. It will only take 30-40 minutes for the actual treatment but you still get an hour of time for before and after the treatment time for preparation, chat and relaxation and thoughts afterwards and a drink. I never rush you.

Advanced LED Light Therapy Treatment

A gentle resurfacing peel treatment with The Express Facial included.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that aims to balance and restore universal life energy within a person's body. I gently place my hands on and near the body, allowing a flow of energy to promote relaxation and well-being. 
Reiki is a complementary therapy to ease stress, anxiety, pain, and may be used alongside conventional medical treatments including cancer treatments (NOT a replacement therapy) 
Lying comfortably, I gently place my hands on the energy points to channel the energy through my hands as I’ve been trained and attuned, allowing it to flow into the your body. You may experience sensations while receiving Reiki, such as warmth, tingling, or pulsations as the energy flows, leading to relaxation and a sense of well-being. Some people don’t feel anything but feel the benefits following the treatment.
