Fabulous lymphatic drainage massage.  
This was my first time meeting Claire who made me feel completely at ease and performed a very relaxing and, hopefully,  beneficial treatment.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems with deep tissue massage and movements.

1 hour back, neck and shoulder massage to relieve tension and relax muscles on the back, neck and shoulder areas.
