New Sauna Users:  start with beginner level.  Contact us before booking middle to advance levels.

You may book immediately following massage but NOT before.  May book as stand alone session.

Before Your Sauna Session
-Wait 60 minutes after eating a meal to allow 
  food to digest.
-Drink at least 8 oz. of water for proper 
  hydration and to prepare your body for an 
  increase in core temperature.
-Shower-arrive clean.
-Wear bathing suit, sports attire or towel wrap.  -No shoes-clean socks optional.  No nudity in 
  sauna.  Sit on towel.
