I would just like to clarify a few details for transparency. You came in with your boyfriend and a small child, and since your set was soft gel (not acrylic), I suggested a drill-assisted removal as a quicker and more efficient option to minimise time in the salon, especially considering your child. I explained this beforehand and you agreed to proceed with that method.

During the service, you also asked whether I use acetone for removals, and I confirmed that I do. I then asked if you would prefer to switch to an acetone soak-off, to which you responded that it was okay to continue as we were.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you experienced sensitivity afterward, as that was never my intention. Client comfort and nail health are always a priority for me, and I appreciate your feedback as it helps me continue improving my services. 🌸

Very nice lady, unfortunately I went in for a soak off and never received a proper soak off. My acrylic was filed off with a drill leaving my natural nails extremely damaged, sensitive and red.
